I’ve seen diet and exercise help a l...<br />I don’t know. I’ve seen diet and exercise help a little bit with my blood pressure, but not that much. I fear I’m going to have to go on medication at some point. I guess different strokes for different folks.<br />Something that I did find helpful however was to actually monitor my blood pressure on a daily basis (at the same time of day, etc).
